Textbooks?

As adults, we are most comfortable with the use of textbooks in schools, as they have always been the anchor of the curriculum. But, one could argue that information is changing and expanding too quickly, and printed materials soon become outdated. Should future textbook adoptions be online services rather than printed books?

High School Graduation Requirements

New legislation requires the State Board of Education to establish minimum graduation guidelines for Colorado by July 1, 2008. All school districts must meet or exceed those graduation standards by July 1, 2009 for students beginning the 9th grade that Fall. This may be the beginning of a state public policy discussion about what students need to learn and know before they can graduate from high school. Please comment here on graduation requirements...
