Over the past two months, we've been working on updating a strategic work-plan for technology, a visioning document and a new IT guidelines document for the district. Included in this post is an update to the plan and a visioning document shared with our K-12 Principals. The IT guide will be linked later...
Planning is an on-going process and I don't like to post plans without the word "draft" in big letters. This is because technology moves fast and as soon we finalize anything, the ground shifts beneath us. The purpose of the plan then is to help us keep our focus in this shifting environment. Periodically, it should be reviewed and updated to make sure the intentions behind whatever has been placed in the plan are maintained and are still relevant.

posted in this blog last spring. As we refine vision for a possible 1:1 effort in the district, the numbers and timelines in this document will be revised.
