Last week, we presented a report on technology and student achievement to the Board of Education. I was honored to bejoined by a stellar cast of educators who shared with the Board all the fascinating ways students achieve using all kinds of technologies...

A group of staff in LPS contributed to a research paper on technology and student achievement.  We then presented what many of us considered salient points to the Board of Education on March 8th, 2007 which was very well received.  The point was to present evidence on just how technology does increase student acheivement and I think we were successful in that mission.  We have written a paper that is intended to be a work in progress where people can find research on various topics.  I hope that over time, people will add sections to the wiki that Mason Gregg has set up for us and that this body of knowledge grows for LPS.
