WHO ARE THESE FOUNDATION PEOPLE?

The need to secure additional education funding for the Littleton Public School District became the catalyst for the establishment and incorporation of the Littleton Public Schools Foundation in November of 1991.

In March of 1992, the Foundation received a 501(c)3 (nonprofit) status from the IRS.

Through individual donations, grant funding, and corporate partnerships, as well as three annual fund-raising events, the LPSF has been able to provide over $1,350,000 in funding to LPS teachers, students and district-wide programs.  These dollars have gone directly into the individual classroom grants and student scholarships, or they have been used to fund broader projects, such as the Centennial Academics and Arts for Everyone (CA2FE) project at Centennial Elementary.
