PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

At LPSF, our goal is to protect the rights of the donors, students, and teachers we serve. We look forward to working with you in funding eligible projects. This is an agreement regarding use of the LPSF website.

By submitting a Project Request, you agree that:

1.  You are a licensed teacher, librarian, guidance counselor, coach, or other LPS employee directly serving students
2. The activity you propose is legal and falls within the standards of the LPS District
3. All information you provide to LPSF Grants-On-Line is accurate and you will promptly update the information to keep it accurate
4. Any Project Requests you submit are solely for you and your class and are not on behalf of any other teacher or class
   

Responsibilities, Should Your Proposal Be Funded

If your Project Request is approved by LPSF Grants-On-Line, posted on the web site and funded, you agree to:

1. furnish LPSF with a Project Completion date
2. use the materials or funds received solely as stated in the proposal
   
   
   LPSF Grants-On-Line reserves the right to exclude any teacher from use of the web site.
