The Assistant Superintendent of Operations manages and oversees the operation of  Property Management, Safety & Security, Transportation, Food Services, and Print Shop.

Property Management Services oversees the district's real estate interests, coordinates and directs the emergency response program, assists in the district safety program, oversees energy management, facilities planning, storm water regulations, and responds to the needs of all district facilities insuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all students and staff.  Property management services also maintains intergovernmental relations with other local jurisdictions working to strengthen communications and enhance community services.

Littleton Public Schools is recognized throughout the country as a top school district in regards to security and emergency preparedness. The Safety and Security department is responsible for coordinating the school district Incident Command System and emergency procedures protocols.

LPS Transportation Service Center oversees the transportation of students to- and from-school, extracurricular activities and sporting events.
