Littleton Public Schools is taking open enrollment applications for school year 2010-2011


LPS is taking applications for early access to kindergarten and first grade for the 2010-2011 school year January 1, 2010 through August 1, 2010.

Six LPS teachers were honored at the February 25, 2010 Board of Education meeting for having earned National Board Certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Front row: Sara Tierney - certified in 2009 (Franklin Elementary, grade 4); Laura McKone-certified in 2009 (Twain Elementary, grade 5); Kim Race-certified in 2004 (Littleton High, instructional coach).  Back row:  Crystal Reid-certified in 2009 (Field Elementary, ESL teacher); Lori Wightman-certified in 2009 (Franklin Elementary, grade 1); and Chris Colias-certfied in 2007 (Littleton High, ESL teacher).
