The secretary of the Board of Education shall be responsible for the District election arrangements as provided by law. The responsibility for administrative procedures required in said elections may be delegated by the Board to the Superintendent or to such other administrative officials as may be designated by him/her.
Date
The regular election for members of the Board of Education shall be held the first Tuesday in November of each odd-numbered year.
Oath of Office
Each Board of Education member, within 15 days after delivery of his/her certificate of election, is required to take an oath of office that he/she will faithfully perform the duties of the office as required by law and will support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of Colorado, and the laws made pursuant thereto. Such oath shall be filed with the county clerk.
