In the event of special circumstances, the operation of any section or sections of Board of Education policies, including those governing its own operation procedures, may be temporarily suspended by a two-thirds vote of Board of Education members present at any regular or special meeting. This, however, does not apply to any section of Board of Education policies that may be established by law or by contract.
