Policy Code    BHD Policy Name    Board Member Compensation                                  and Expenses Adoption            July 2, 1984 Revised

Members of the Board of Education shall not receive compensation for service as a Board of Education member; however, members shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties in an official capacity.

Such expenses may include the cost of attendance at conferences of school board associations and other professional meetings/visitation.
