The treasurer of the Board of Education shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, all monies belonging to the District in such depositories as shall be designated by the Board of Education.

Student Fees and Fines

All monies collected from fees or fines shall be paid over to the District as received and shall be credited and deposited in the same manner as other monies belonging to the District.
