Financial records shall be maintained in the Business Services Department. The financial records shall be open for public inspection during regular office hours.

Periodic Financial Reports

Monthly financial reports shall be prepared for the staff and be made available to the Board of Education. These reports showing the financial transactions in summary form by the various funds, functions, objects, and/or programs will provide the staff with the financial information necessary to manage the District’s programs.
