The Board of Education, upon the recommendation and guidance of staff and administration, shall strive to use school facilities within the following guidelines:

       Buildings, planned and located, to best meet the needs of the District.

       Annual analysis and review of space usage as related to classrooms, special services rooms, music, art, physical education, staff facilities, staff work areas, and other program needs in the various buildings.

       Classes and programs scheduled to ensure optimum usage of the facilities.

       School facilities made available for use by the public to the fullest extent within regulations as established by the District.
