It is the aim of the Board to have sufficient permanent facilities to meet the needs of school enrollment and the school program.

Movable units or temporary facilities may be used to provide additional space for classrooms, special teaching stations or offices as needed. Safe and efficient units may be employed to relieve the overload for a period of three years; requests for extended use shall be approved by the Superintendent on an annual basis. Once purchased, they remain available for further emergency use at other locations.
