Facilities including original and additional equipment for the preparation and delivery of the food services program will be provided by the Board of Education as required by the Colorado State Board of Education Rules for School Food Services. Repair and replacement of equipment with a useful life of less than 15 years will be provided by the food services fund. The proceeds from bond sales can be used to fund replacement of food service equipment listed on the depreciation schedule if the useful life of the equipment is 15 years or more.
