The purpose of the Information and Technology Services Department is to support instructional and noninstructional programs of the District through the delivery of data processing, office automation, publishing, and technology support services. The latter services include technology planning, development, implementation, education, training, and technical support.

The direct supervision of the program will be the responsibility of the chief information officer who reports to the Superintendent.
