The Board encourages employees to contribute their ideas for the betterment of the District. Opportunities will be provided for employees to be involved through employee councils.

The Superintendent will create and establish opportunities for communication of ideas from administrative staff.

Each building principal is required to establish an advisory employee council chaired by the building principal. Such council shall be elected and have representation from each employee group. The council will be given opportunity to develop recommendations for the improvement of building operations.
