The Littleton Public Schools recognizes that employees’ work performance is affected by their personal well being. The District seeks to enhance employees’ work productivity and personal satisfaction by establishing an Employee Assistance Program. This program provides employees and their immediate families with confidential counseling and referral services to assist them in resolving personal problems which could have a detrimental effect on their work and personal lives.

The Employee Assistance Program provides services within a program defined by the Board to assist the employees and their families in resolving problems related to alcoholism, drug misuse, emotional difficulties, marital/family disturbances, and related legal or financial problems.
