Policy Name    Administrative Staff Vacations

Vacations

Administrative personnel employed on a 12-month basis will earn 12/3 days of vacation per month.

Upon termination of employment, payment will be made for current unused accrued vacation not to exceed 40 days. Unused vacation will be reimbursed at the employee’s per diem rate at the time employment terminates.

 

Holidays

Administrative personnel employed on a 12-month basis will receive 11½ holidays per contract year as determined by the Superintendent.
