Every student of this School District shall have equal educational opportunities regardless of race, color, creed, gender, marital status, national origin, or disability.
Further, no student shall, on the basis of gender, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any educational program or activity conducted by the District.
More specifically, as prescribed by legal requirements, the District shall treat its students without discrimination on the basis of gender as this pertains to access to and participation in course offerings, athletics, counseling, employment assistance, and extracurricular activities.
