The administration shall have the authority to transfer students on an individual basis based on the needs of the student and/or the needs of the District. Such transfers may be parent- or school-initiated.

In certain instances, because of crowded school conditions or where there is a need to adjust school enrollments, students may be transferred to other attendance areas within the District by the Superintendent. Approval of the Board is sought when the change is permanent.
