Students shall be assigned to the grade level and classes for which they are best suited. This determination shall be made by the principal, in consultation, as deemed appropriate, with counselors, teachers, and parents. However, the decision of the principal shall be final regarding placement of students at a grade level or the reassigning of students within classes.
