Employees have a professional responsibility which extends beyond the work site and the hours of service. Employees should welcome opportunities to accurately interpret the school system to members of the community. Therefore, the Board wishes employees to be well informed concerning the educational philosophy, goals, policies, and programs of the school system so that questions can be answered accurately and in a straightforward manner.
