Arapahoe Concert Bands Receive Awards at Columbine Music Festival

Littleton, Colorado-The Arapahoe High School Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Ed Cannava, were awarded outstanding ratings at the Columbine Music Festival, on March 3, 2004. Outstanding Musicianship Awards were given to Amanda Johnson, Flute; Sara Denman, Flute; the Symphonic Band Percussion Section; Alex Hill, Soprano Saxophone; Amelia Carley, Oboe; and Elliott Hoefflin, Flugelhorn.
