Arapahoe Musicians Selected to 2006 All State Orchestra

 

Centennial, Colorado—Arapahoe Senior trumpeter, Bobby Cassara and  Junior percussionist, Sean Case, have been selected to perform in the Colorado 2006 All State Orchestra. They were among a select number of students chosen statewide. Bobby was auditioned to be 1 of the top 3 orchestral trumpeters in the state, and Sean was auditioned to be 1 of the top 7 orchestral percussionists in the state. Nearly 400 students from over 80 Colorado high schools auditioned for this year’s orchestra. This year’s All State Orchestra Concert will take place at Macky Auditorium in Boulder on Saturday, February 11th, at 4:00 p.m.

 

Dr. Ed Cannava is Arapahoe’s Director of Bands and Ms. Kelly Parmenter directs the Orchestra.
