Arapahoe Bands Receive Superior Awards at Columbine Music Festival

Centennial, Colorado—The Arapahoe High School Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band, under the direction on Dr. Ed Cannava, were awarded superior ratings at the Columbine Music Festival, on March 1, 2005. Both bands received unanimous superior ratings from all three judges. The Wind Ensemble made school history by getting a perfect score from all 3 judges, resulting in a I+ rating, the highest score of the entire day.
