Unofficial Election Results: Robert Reichardt and Jim Stephens to Serve on the LPS Board of Education

Congratulations to Robert Reichardt and Jim Stephens, who were elected to the Littleton Public Schools Board of Education! According to unofficial results from the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s Office, Reichardt and Stephens received the most votes in this year’s LPS Board election.

Three candidates were vying for two at-large positions on the LPS Board. Board Secretary Mary Nichols and Board Assistant Secretary Lucie Stanish are finishing their second four-year terms on the Board and were unable to run again due to term limits.

“We had three outstanding Board candidates who connect with the community equally well,” said LPS Superintendent Brian Ewert. “We look forward to having Robert and Jim on the school board and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all three candidates for taking an active interest in their public schools and for wanting to serve their community’s children in such an important way.”

Many thanks Mary and Lucie for their eight years of dedicated service to LPS!
