The purpose of the Littleton Public Schools Employee Benefit Plan is to provide certain welfare benefits for participants who are covered under the Plan. The Plan is maintained for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits to covered employees and is intended to comply with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, other applicable law.
