Reflections

These are my thoughts on my projects and why I chose them for my porfolio.

Chernobyl Kiosk

I chose this project because I didn't know much about Chernobyl before I did this. The strengths of this project are good pictures and clear narration. Some weaknesses are too many words on each slide. I feel that this is some of my best work.

Snacman

When I did this project I realized how difficult it is to create a game. This piece may surprise people because it's a lot like the real Pacman game. This project makes me more aware of how hard people work to create videogames.

Million Dollar Spreadsheet

To do this assignment first I found out what I wanted to buy if I had a million dollars. Then I listed them out and estimated the prices for each. After that I made formulas to add the cost together and tell how much money I had left. I learned more about what I would do with a million dollars. If I could do it again I would change it so that I would donate some money to charity.

Volcano Brochure

In this project I learned about volcanoes and put it in a brochure. This project made me understand more about the types of volcanoes there are and how they form. It was challenging to find the information because the book didn't have much info. I chose to include this piece because it's one of the big projects I've done in science.

Wiley Post PowerPoint

When I did this project I learned about the beginning of aviation. This project made me more aware of the first aeronautics. I discovered that I like aviation. I am proud to say that I got an A on this. If I could do it again I would put more facts and pictures in it.
