Learning Styles

Before I took the test to see what learning style I am I thought that my learning styles were social and visual. I was wrong on the visual and I found out that I learn best in three different ways. My first learning style is the verbal learning style. This means that I can easily communicate my ideas through talking or writing. This also means that I like to read and I know the meaning of many words. My second learning style is the social learning style. This means that I communicate well with people both verbally and none verbally. People come to me for advice and I listen well and understand other people’s views. It also means that I enjoy doing things in groups. My last learning style is the solitary learning style. This means that I’m independent and I like to think for myself. This also means that that I set goals for myself. In conclusion, I learn best through the verbal, social, and solitary learning styles.

After reading about the three different learning styles I found out that they all sound like me. The verbal learning style fits me because I can easily communicate my thoughts but it depends on the people I’m around. At school I can get my ideas across through writing and in other places it is easier for me to just speak my ideas. The social style fits me because I like to work in groups of people to solve problems. I also am a person that people come to for advice. The solitary learning style fits me because I like to work on some things alone. I’m also very independent and I don’t let other people decide things for me. I set goals for myself and I work very hard to reach them. I think that my three learning styles fit me perfectly.
