  • LHS Student Wins in National French Contest

    Congratulations to Ange Morignot, who is a Platinum winner in the 2016 National French Contest Le Grand Concours!     A Platinum winner is the highest award in Le Grand Concours - Ange earned the top score in the nation in his respective level/division.  The award includes a platinum medal, a plaque for the student, a plaque for his teacher Ms. Fawzia Ahmad, and a Lauréat National certificate.     Very nicely done, Ange!

  • Letter to Juniors and their Families

    Please read this letter from the LHS Post Grad Center regarding important information for your Junior student as they prepare to make decisions about their "Life after Littleton". 

  • Instrumental Pops Concert, May 5 at 7:00pm

    Wednesday, May 5th is the last concert of the year, the Instrumental Music POPS Concert.  Come hear your favorite movie tunes and much, much more.  Concert begins at 7:00pm in the LHS Theater and admission is FREE!

  • Senior Exit Interviews May 9 through 13

    Attention Seniors!  Next week, May 9 - 13, the Post Grad Center will be conducting Senior Exit Interviews between 8:30am and 2:30pm day every day!  You MUST stop by the Post Grad and complete a few activities before you can pick up your cap and gown for graduation.  Also, please pay all outstanding fees/fines before you come see us.  You’re almost there!

  • Free Summer Meals for Kids and Teens

    The Summer Food Service Program provides FREE lunches for all children ages 1-18 during the summer vacation. Adult lunch $3.75. A complimentary Summer Lunch Bus will run to and from Littleton High School.  Click here for more information and bus schedule  

  • Special Services Advisory Committee (SSAC) Survey

    Each year the Special Services Advisory Committee (SSAC), in coordination with the District, conducts a survey related to special education services. This information is helpful with our planning and work to continually improve our services and supports to students in special education. It is important to Littleton Public Schools and the SSAC that parents of students with disabilities have an opportunity to give feedback to the District. The survey will close May 20, 2016. Your feedback and input are important to us and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Take the SACC Parent Survey  

  • Recommendation from Middle School Social Studies Resource Review Committee

    The Middle School Social Studies Instructional Resource Review committee members have completed their review of available middle school social studies instructional resources. They are recommending Pearson Publishing’s MyWorld 6 Colorado edition, MyWorld 7 Colorado edition, and American History: Beginnings to Reconstruction for middle school social studies instruction. All of these resources will support and enhance the instruction of the Colorado Academic Standards for Social Studies. The instructional resources will be on display in the foyer of the Board Room at the Education Services Center (5776 South Crocker Street, Littleton) from April 4th through April 28th. A community information session to answer questions will be hosted in the foyer of the Board Room on Tuesday, April 19th from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The recommendation will be presented to the Board for discussion on April 14th.

  • ETAC Membership for 2016-2017 School Year is Open

    If you are interested in technology and would like to contribute ideas to technology initiatives in LPS, please apply to ETAC (Educational Technology Advisory Committee) today!  (For an explanation of the membership categories, please see the ETAC Membership section on the district website.    Ideas that have helped LPS become recognized as one of the most technologically advanced districts in America began with ETAC!   The ETAC committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month for two hours (6:00 - 8:00 PM) to provide vital advice on district technology. You do not need to be a technology expert to join the ETAC...you just need an interest in what technology can do for student learning.   If you have questions contact Gail Schillinger at 303-347-3350   *SPECIAL NOTE* This committee only meets 8 times throughout the school year.  Members are asked not to miss more than 2 meetings.
