The image features the word "Newsletter" prominently displayed in bold, white letters. The letters are placed against a background of overlapping, colorful speech bubbles. The speech bubbles are in shades of red, yellow, green, and blue, creating a vibrant and dynamic composition. Each bubble is semi-transparent, allowing the overlapping areas to form new colors and visually blend together. The overall design is bright and eye-catching.

April 2025

Dear Field Families & Caregivers,

Spring is upon us at Field Elementary! This is an exciting and extremely busy time of year for students, staff and families. I wanted to take a moment to pause and provide some information and communication around the busy days and weeks ahead. While we only have a little over 20 student days remaining in the school year, it is imperative that we continue to be on the same page with supporting our students in order to finish the school year on a strong and positive note! Lastly, as I wrap up my final month as the principal of this amazing school and community, I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the commitment shown by our students and families. There is much to celebrate and even more to look forward to in April, May, next year and beyond!

Ahead of Staff Appreciation Week (5/5 - 5/9), I also wanted to celebrate and recognize our outstanding teachers and staff. Each day it takes dedication, hard work and heart to ensure all students are seen, supported and safe. Our staff values the uniqueness of each student and strives to create learning opportunities and shared experiences that grow their hearts and minds. I hope the whole school community takes time in May to recognize these efforts and show appreciation for all of our staff members at Field.

As we prepare to wrap up April and storm into May, we still have quite a few vital end of year academic assessments AND fun events for students and families. CMAS has been completed successfully (hooray) and we’ll begin end of year literacy and math assessments, as well as end of year iReady testing in May.
