Our Grade 4-5 chess team, Bodie G., Quinn R. and Thomas W., earned a First Place win with 10 points (a very big deal) at the Chess Wizards tournament held at the end of May. They each placed individually as well, Bodie G. 1st place, Quinn R. 2nd place, Thomas W. 5th place, Victor N. 8th place, and First Grade student Leo G. placed 12th in the K-1 Division.
