Concurrent Enrollment

A majority of courses at EPIC offer Concurrent Enrollment (CE) credit. Mr. Powers and Ms. Gobble are visiting classrooms with urgency to guide students through both the partner college application and the LPS-required forms needed for registration.

Deadlines with our partner colleges arrive quickly—by the last week of August—so we are working hard to ensure every student completes the process on time. Students will earn CE credits at no cost, as LPS covers the tuition.

Please note: applications require students to provide their Social Security number (SSN) or indicate their status if they are not U.S. citizens. We appreciate parent assistance in making sure students have their SSN available or a copy of it to enter during the application process.

It is also helpful if you ask your student to show you what they have completed so far. Your support can make the difference in getting everything submitted before the deadline.

If you have any questions, please reach out. Thank you for partnering with us to help youIf you have questions or need of support with enrollment, contact one of our counselors based on Pathway:

EPIC Campus Parent Nights

A value of the EPIC Campus is to encourage students in their exploration of our pathways and the post-secondary opportunities available to them.  To support this value, the EPIC Campus will host three evening events this year, in lieu of traditional conferences.

  • On Monday, September 8, 2025, the EPIC Campus will host Student/Parent/Instructor Conferences from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  These conferences are open to everyone,  and we strongly encourage conferences for students who are currently earning a C or lower in their class.   Our goals with these conferences are to answer questions about the learning experiences and the opportunities here at EPIC and to identify strategies to support the student’s learning and growth.   ***See the note below from our Work Based Learning Team about an important event for seniors and their parents!***

  • On Monday, November 3, 2025, the EPIC Campus will host Family Night  - What’s Next?  This evening will give students and families the opportunity to learn more about their pathway including course progressions and post-secondary opportunities.  These sessions will be led by our pathway instructors as well as our campus counselors and industry partnership coordinator.  All students and their families are invited!  More details will be shared later, and we ask that you mark November 3rd on your calendars!

  • In March, the EPIC Campus will host Family Night - What I’ve Learned.  This evening will give students the opportunity to share with their families what they have learned in their courses this year.  Students and families will spend time in classrooms where students will “show and tell” the many things they have done throughout the year.  We will share more information early in the second semester.

EPIC Campus' Internship Information Night

Join us for EPIC Campus’ Internship Information Night on Monday, September 8th from 5:30–7:00pm to learn more about Spring semester internship opportunities. This session is required for seniors interested in participating in the EPIC Internship Program, and parents are encouraged to attend. If you’re unable to make the evening session, an alternate morning meeting will be offered on Wednesday, September 10th from 7:30–9:00am. Sign-up will open next week, don't miss your chance to get started!

Parking Permit

If you have not done so already, you can pick up your Parking Permit in the front office of the  West Building. You will need to bring your Driver's License at the time of pick up. Times will be available before school/class starts, break time, after school/class ends. You may not pick up your parking permit during class hours. Thank you!

Student Fees

At the EPIC Campus we have two types of fees, uniforms and class fees.  All students are expected to have two uniforms, one of which must be a collared shirt.  Class fees are for consumable items used in class, i.e. lumber, aluminum, workbooks, etc.  Fees have been posted in Infinite Campus in your student’s account. If at any time a fee is a burden on a student and/or family, please connect with your counselor or an administrator.  We will work with you.

There are three ways to pay fees:

  1. Pay Online - Log in to your Infinite Campus to pay online with a credit card, checking or savings account ( a small service fee will apply)

  2. Send a Check - Make a check payable to EPIC Campus. Please include on the memo line your student's name or ID number and send payment to EPIC Campus, Attn: Bookkeeper, 190 E Littleton Blvd.  Littleton, CO 80121, or you can have your student drop the payment by the bookkeeper's Office in the West Building

  3. Send Cash - If you feel comfortable sending cash with your student, you are more than welcome to do that. Please have your student see me at the Bookkeeper's Office in the West Building  for cash payments

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us at 303-347-4300.

Grey Hoodies & Uniforms

Grey hoodies are in! If you ordered a grey hoodie this summer and it wasn't available for you to pick up at orientation, please visit Ms. Pfeiffer in the main office.

All students are expected to be in their EPIC uniforms when on campus or any EPIC-sponsored event.  If you need to order additional uniforms, including hoodies, pull-overs, etc., please visit the main office to scan the QR code order form. The fee will be posted to Infinite Campus.

EPIC Career Connections & Work Based Learning

Hello and welcome from the EPIC Campus Work-Based Learning (WBL) Team:

  • Beth Best, Industry Partnership Coordinator

  • Will Kurtz, Business/Entrepreneurship Instructor & WBL Coordinator

  • Amy Pfeiffer, WBL Administrative Assistant

We’re excited to work alongside EPIC students, teachers, and counselors as students explore and navigate their career paths this year.

Work-Based Learning connects classroom instruction with real-world experience. Through job shadowing, internships, and apprenticeships, students build practical skills, explore career interests, and begin growing professional networks, all while preparing for life after high school.

In the coming days, interested seniors will receive an interest form for Spring internships. We will follow up with informational meetings where students can learn about available opportunities, build résumés, and prepare for interviews.

We can’t wait to kick off this exciting WBL season at EPIC Campus!
