Meet Our 2025-26 EPIC Campus Student Leads!

We are proud to introduce the EPIC Campus Student Leadership Team! This group of senior students has been carefully selected to represent our campus during site visits, special programming, and events for prospective students and their families.

These outstanding student leaders embody professionalism and strong communication skills. They help showcase the best of our academic programs, share authentic student experiences, and provide a warm, welcoming presence to all visitors. Their guidance and perspective also serves as valuable mentorship for new students joining our community.

We deeply appreciate their dedication, insight, and leadership.

Thank you, Student Leads!

Attention Seniors!

The college application season is quickly approaching. Should you find yourself applying to schools using the Common Application, we have determined a strategy for marketing your EPIC course experience to offer clarity to admissions officials. This can be done within your application. For guidance on how to document this effectively and suggestions tailored to your Pathway, see your EPIC counselor. We are more than happy to help!

Colorado is offering its annual set of free application days October 7-9. If you submit a college application to any of 32 Colorado public and private participating schools AND you input the school-specific free code, your application fee will be waived.  See this site for more information: Colorado Free App Days. Seniors, your goal is to work on completing your applications and any required essays to have them ready to go for October 7th. Plan ahead, and you will be in good shape!  The counselors here at EPIC are also here to help with any needs.

Attendance Reminder

Students and families, attendance at the EPIC Campus is of the utmost importance with the hands-on learning and the amount of content that is covered in each of our class periods. If a student must miss class at EPIC, a parent/guardian must contact our Attendance Office by phone at 303-347-4469. We follow district Attendance policy, therefore, students who arrive late for class must check-in at the Attendance Office to receive a pass to class, whether the tardy is excused or unexcused. If a student does not check-in at the office after a teacher has taken attendance, the student will be marked absent.

INSIDE EPIC CAMPUS

This week Real Estate students learned how encumbrances on properties are similar to heavy items in backpacks- the more there are, the less attractive the property becomes! They also made creative notes and learned about different types of easements.

A poster titled "GOV POWERS" lists four different types of government powers. Each power is described with a short explanation and a simple drawing to illustrate its meaning. The poster provides a visual explanation of various real estate concepts. A colorful, handmade mind map titled "ENCUMBRANCES" categorizes different types of property encumbrances such as Liens, Easements, and Leases, each with a short explanation.
