INSIDE EPIC CAMPUS

EPIC Computer Science students toured both Metro and UCD to learn more about programs and offerings.

A group of high school students and chaperones stand outside the Advanced Manufacturing Sciences Institute, Aerospace & Engineering Sciences building on a sunny day. They appear to be on a field trip. A group of students and adults stand outside a building with a large sign that reads University of Colorado Denver above the entrance. They are posed for a group photo.

Former EPIC Computer Science All Star Rachel Arnold met our 34 Computer Science students at the MSU lab today. She spoke about her transition to college and how the foundations from her EPIC courses helped her to be ready. Such a powerful witness for our current EPIC students!

Five young adults—three women and two men—are standing with their arms around each other, smiling at the camera in what looks like an office or break room with informational posters on the wall.

EPIC Real Estate students visited Metro State University today and learned about their offerings of a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Certificate in Real Estate. It was great to learn about the different offerings in residential vs commercial real estate.

A female presenter is speaking to a group of students seated at tables in a brightly lit classroom. A projector screen behind her displays a photo of a cityscape and some text, while an older man stands near a desk on the left. Two printed brochures, one for a Real Estate Bachelor of Science and one for a Real Estate Minor, from the MSU College of Business are displayed, along with two round MSU Denver stickers.

Run, don’t walk, to the cafeteria this week to get your EPIC salad! Every harvest gets the EPIC stamp of approval from composting worms!

Two individuals are examining a lush, vertical hydroponic farming system, likely growing lettuce or other leafy greens in white pipes indoors. A person's hand is holding a handful of dark, rich soil, likely compost or vermicompost mixed with shredded bedding, over a raised garden bed, with at least one earthworm visible. Two people, wearing green and blue shirts with "EPIC CAMP" branding, are smiling while holding large black bins overflowing with freshly harvested leafy greens (likely lettuce mix) outdoors.
