November 20, 2025

Hello EPIC Campus Students and Families,

As we head into the Thanksgiving break I would like to thank all of you for your support of the EPIC Campus. We have had an incredible start to the 2025-2026 school year. The EPIC Campus students are tremendous! They come to this facility ready to learn and excited to participate. Many of these students have a better understanding of the opportunities within their pathway and are thinking about post-secondary opportunities. They represent EPIC well when they are out in the community, on work site visits, or when we have visitors on campus. I'm extremely proud of the growth I've seen in students since the beginning of the school year. This group is a joy to work with. As I stated at Orientation in August, I am so thankful you decided to take a chance on the EPIC Campus. We appreciate your support! Have a restful and relaxing Thanksgiving break.

Sincerely,

Travis Amonson

Principal

EPIC Campus Natural Resources Career Information Night

On Wednesday, December 3rd at 6pm the EPIC Campus is hosting our Natural Resources Career Information Night. We anticipate representatives from colleges and universities in Colorado, as well as a wide range of industry partners from natural resources will be here to connect with students and families. You’ll be able to learn more about possible educational and career paths. The event will be in the Great Hall in the West Building at the EPIC Campus. Parking is available on our campus as well as at Littleton High School (we recommend the west lot at the front of the school).

All current Natural Resources students and their families are strongly encouraged to attend. Please RSVP by Friday, November 21, 2025. Come explore your future in Natural Resources!

Borrowed EPIC T-Shirts

For those students who have forgotten their EPIC t-shirt, we have EPIC t-shirts that they can borrow and then return after class. Unfortunately, we have had several students who have not returned their borrowed EPIC t-shirts. These t-shirts are grey and have a number on the tag. You and your students will have received an email if your student borrowed one that still

needs to be returned. Please return the t-shirt to the EPIC Main Office as we have a limited supply. If we do not receive the t-shirt by 12/19/25, there will be a fee applied in Infinite Campus for any unreturned t-shirt. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

EPIC Gear - Get yours today!

With cooler temperatures in the upcoming weeks, it’s a perfect time to order your EPIC gear! Use this EPIC Campus Merchandise Order Form to order EPIC gear including quarter-zip pullovers, crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies! See the form for details on payment and pick up.

2025-26 Special Edition EPIC Uniform

This school year, EPIC Campus is offering a special edition uniform! This year ONLY, Sapphire Blue uniforms (polos or hoodies) are available to purchase until noon on Friday, November 21. Click here to order. We anticipate delivery before Winter Break. An email will be sent out when uniforms are ready to pick up in the main office.

First Semester Finals

Finals week for all LPS high schools is December 15 - 19, 2025. At EPIC, we will be following this schedule for that week. Please note: We will start class at 8:40 am each day. Transportation will run the normal morning pick-up times and will return students to home high schools by approximately 1:25 pm. Finals at EPIC will look differently than traditional pen and paper exams, and the schedule allows us to do something educational, collaborative and fun! Students will attend EPIC for an extended day on their assigned day where they will engage in different activities. Throughout the day students will complete a

reflection activity, give a group presentation, watch several presentations from students in different pathways, and engage in fun, collaborative activities. We will have brunch during the day at which time we will recognize students who have earned an industry certificate.

Students will get more detailed information from their instructors over the next few weeks.

Student Fees

First semester course fees and uniform fees have been posted to student accounts in Infinite Campus. If at any time a fee is a burden on a student and/or family, please connect with your counselor or an administrator. We will work with you.

There are three ways to pay fees:

  1. Pay Online - Log in to your Infinite Campus to pay online with a credit card, checking or savings account ( a small service fee will apply)

  2. Send a Check - Make a check payable to EPIC Campus. Please include on the memo line your student's name or ID number and send payment to EPIC Campus, Attn: Bookkeeper, 190 E Littleton Blvd. Littleton, CO 80121, or you can have your student drop the payment by the bookkeeper's Office in the West Building

  3. Send Cash - If you feel comfortable sending cash with your student, you are more than welcome to do that. Please have your student see Jody Luft at the Bookkeeper's Office in the West Building for cash payments

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our EPIC Campus Bookkeeper Jody Luft at jluft@lps.k12.co.us or 303-347-4301.

WORK BASED LEARNING

EPIC seniors who chose to pursue a Work Based Learning Internship next semester just wrapped up their interviews with Industry Partners. More than 150 interviews took place this month and the students crushed it! Several partners said EPIC students demonstrated professionalism better than many of their typical candidates. A few partners even increased the number of interns they plan to bring on because they were so impressed. Congrats to every student who interviewed. We are proud of you for taking BIG steps toward shaping your future!
